At Cosmic Coil Co., every piece is handmade with care and intention. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Each piece is uniquely made, and we encourage you to review all product photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages Cosmic Coil Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
